Detective AI è un gioco investigativo. Non chiede di registrarsi, non mostra pubblicità e non usa servizi di tracciamento o di analisi di terze parti. Questa pagina spiega quali dati tratta, perché e per quanto.

Quali dati
- Codice dell'installazione. Al primo avvio l'app genera un codice casuale, che trovi in Impostazioni → Privacy. Non è legato al tuo nome, alla tua email, al numero di telefono né a un account. Con il codice il server conosce solo la piattaforma (Android o iOS), la versione dell'app e le date del primo e dell'ultimo utilizzo.
- Statistiche di gioco. Quando inizi un caso: quale caso, in che lingua e da dove viene. Quando lo concludi: punteggio, grado, se hai indovinato colpevole, movente, metodo e prova chiave, quanti suggerimenti hai usato, quanti indizi hai trovato e quanti minuti è durato. Mai il testo che scrivi, nemmeno il movente scritto a mano. Servono a capire quali casi sono troppo facili o troppo difficili.
- Le domande negli interrogatori. Oggi le risposte dei personaggi sono generate dall'app sul telefono, e le tue domande non lasciano il dispositivo. Se attiveremo le risposte con intelligenza artificiale, la domanda che scrivi e le ultime battute della conversazione, insieme alla scheda del personaggio, passeranno dal nostro server al fornitore di intelligenza artificiale che genera la risposta. Il nostro server non conserva né le domande né le risposte: registra solo quanto testo è stato elaborato e quanto è costato, per i limiti di spesa. Il fornitore non riceve il codice dell'installazione. Prima di attivarle, indicheremo qui il fornitore e aggiorneremo la data.
- Registri tecnici. Come ogni sito, il server su cui gira il servizio registra le richieste ricevute: indirizzo IP, data e ora, indirizzo richiesto, tipo di app o browser. Servono per la sicurezza e per risolvere guasti.
- Acquisti. Se l'app offre contenuti a pagamento, il pagamento è gestito da Google Play o dall'App Store, secondo le loro informative. Noi non riceviamo i dati di pagamento, solo la conferma dell'acquisto.
Sul tuo telefono restano i progressi, gli interrogatori, le teorie e le impostazioni. Non vengono inviati a nessuno e si cancellano disinstallando l'app.
Perché, e con quale base giuridica
- Far funzionare il gioco — configurazione, casi da scaricare, limiti di spesa, risposte dei personaggi: è il servizio che chiedi usando l'app (art. 6.1.b del GDPR).
- Statistiche di gioco e registri tecnici: nostro legittimo interesse a migliorare i casi e a proteggere il servizio (art. 6.1.f del GDPR), con dati che non dicono chi sei.
Dove sono, e chi li vede
Il server è di Contabo GmbH, in Germania, nell'Unione europea, che lo gestisce per nostro conto. Se attiveremo le risposte con intelligenza artificiale, il fornitore potrebbe trovarsi fuori dall'Unione europea: in quel caso il trasferimento avverrà con le garanzie previste dal GDPR, come le clausole contrattuali tipo. Non vendiamo e non cediamo i dati a nessuno.
Per quanto
- Codice dell'installazione e statistiche: si cancellano da soli due anni dopo l'ultimo utilizzo dell'app, o prima se ce lo chiedi.
- Registri tecnici: 7 giorni.
- Copie di sicurezza del server: 14 giorni.
I tuoi diritti
Puoi chiedere di vedere i dati che ti riguardano, di correggerli, di cancellarli, di limitarne l'uso o di opporti, e di riceverli in un formato leggibile. Scrivi a playstore@dekkosoft.it indicando il codice dell'installazione che trovi in Impostazioni → Privacy: non sapendo chi sei, è l'unico modo che abbiamo per trovare i tuoi dati. Rispondiamo entro 30 giorni. Puoi anche presentare reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
Minori
Il gioco racconta indagini su omicidi, senza immagini violente. Non è pensato per chi ha meno di 14 anni.

Detective AI is a detective game. It does not ask you to sign up, shows no ads, and uses no third-party tracking or analytics services. This page explains what data it processes, why, and for how long.

What data
- Installation code. On first launch the app generates a random code, which you can find under Settings → Privacy. It is not linked to your name, email, phone number or any account. Along with the code, the server only knows the platform (Android or iOS), the app version, and the dates of first and last use.
- Game statistics. When you start a case: which case, in which language, and where it came from. When you close it: score, rank, whether you got the culprit, motive, method and key evidence right, how many hints you used, how many clues you found and how many minutes it took. Never the text you type, not even a motive written in your own words. They tell us which cases are too easy or too hard.
- Questions during interrogations. Today the characters' answers are generated by the app on your phone, and your questions never leave the device. If we switch on AI-generated answers, the question you type and the last lines of the conversation, together with the character's profile, will go through our server to the AI provider that writes the answer. Our server stores neither questions nor answers: it only records how much text was processed and what it cost, for spending limits. The provider does not receive the installation code. Before switching it on, we will name the provider here and update the date.
- Technical logs. Like any website, the server that runs the service logs the requests it receives: IP address, date and time, requested address, type of app or browser. They are used for security and troubleshooting.
- Purchases. If the app offers paid content, payment is handled by Google Play or the App Store under their own privacy policies. We never receive payment details, only confirmation of the purchase.
On your phone the app keeps your progress, interrogations, theories and settings. They are not sent to anyone and are deleted when you uninstall the app.
Why, and on what legal basis
- Running the game — configuration, downloadable cases, spending limits, character answers: it is the service you ask for by using the app (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Game statistics and technical logs: our legitimate interest in improving the cases and protecting the service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), using data that does not tell us who you are.
Where it is kept, and who sees it
The server belongs to Contabo GmbH, in Germany, in the European Union, which runs it on our behalf. If we switch on AI-generated answers, the provider may be located outside the European Union: any such transfer will use the safeguards provided by the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses. We do not sell or share the data with anyone.
How long
- Installation code and statistics: deleted automatically two years after you last used the app, or sooner if you ask.
- Technical logs: 7 days.
- Server backups: 14 days.
Your rights
You can ask to access the data about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, and receive it in a readable format. Write to playstore@dekkosoft.it with the installation code shown under Settings → Privacy: since we do not know who you are, it is the only way we can find your data. We reply within 30 days. You can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority; in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
Children
The game is about murder investigations, with no violent images. It is not meant for anyone under 14.
